Refund policy
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The product is damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged products caused by the customer.
- Products without original packaging or tags.
- Personal care, cosmetics, skincare, and hygiene products that have been opened or used.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Gift cards and digital products.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order Number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the package
- A brief description of the issue
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account or UPI after verification.
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
- For all other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for:
- Damaged products
- Defective products
- Wrong items delivered
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
